Seared tuna with anchovy fillets is so simple to create, yet very special
2 x tuna steaks
4 x anchovy fillets
1 x garlic clove, peeled and crushed
10 grams of melted butter
Melt the butter
Mix the crushed garlic with the butter (leave for 10 minutes to infuse)
Rinse the tuna steaks under cold water Make two cuts through each steak
Insert a whole anchovy fillet into each cut Brush with the garlic butter
Season to taste
Sear on your BBQ grill for a maximum of 2 minutes per side over a high heat.
Serve your tuna with our Spinach and Orange salad.
