Hog Roaster Carving Tray
This tray is a must when you go to carve your pig.
It can either suspend from the rotisserie skewer or sit on a table.
It is made of stainless steel and has two grill sections with perforations on which to sit your meat.
Carved meat stays on the grill for serving and fat drips into the tray.
When you have finished cooking the tray can act as a lid for the fire tray, thus cutting off oxygen to the charcoal and speeding the cooling process.
