Pork Chorizo & Onion

The powerful flavour of the chorizo, blends in perfectly with the subtle taste of pork. The onions cut just enough flavour to enhance the overall dish. Yummy, this really works well together!

Ingredients ……………………

Pork Fillet – cut into 2cm cubes
Chorizo Sausage – sliced at 2cm intervals
Small onions, quartered or shallots
Vegetable oil

Method ………………….

Thread the onion, pork and chorizo alternately onto the kebab skewers
Brush the onion and pork with the vegetable oil (lightly).
Cook for approximately 10 minutes
Serve with rice and a green salad.
