Site Usage

Rotigrill Limited maintains this site (the "Site") for your personal enjoyment, information, and communication. Please feel free to browse the Site. You may download material displayed on the Site for non-commercial, personal use only. You may not, however, distribute, modify, transmit, re-use, report, or use the contents of the Site for public or commercial purposes, including the text or images, without Rotigrill's written permission.

Delivery

We aim to despatch your order within a maximum of 4 working days from receipt of your payment. Delivery is by standard 24 hour courier. Should you require an urgent delivery, please call us and we will endeavour to help. When your goods are despatched, you will receive an automatic email notification.

Packing & Delivery Costs

The cost of delivering your order will be quoted at the time of ordering, depending on its destination area and the volume of your final order.

 

If you choose to have items delivered to more than one address (for example if some are for someone else) we are happy to accommodate that, but we will have to charge P&P separately for each delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Canceling your order:

If you change your mind once you've placed an order, you have the right to cancel the contract under the following conditions: If your whole order remains un-dispatched, we'll be happy to cancel it and refund you in full immediately.

If your order has been dispatched, then you have the right to cancel the contract, in writing, within 14 working days from the day after you receive the goods.  Goods must be returned in an  undamaged condition, in the original packaging in order to qualify for a full refund.  The cost of returning goods to us will be the responsibility of the purchaser. The original delivery cost will not be refunded.

 

Once we are in receipt of the goods, we will refund you in full, (please allow up to a maximum of 14 days for completion of the transaction). The above complies with section's 9 to 14 of the distance selling regulations 2000.

 

When you can return something:

Any item you buy can be returned for refund or exchange within 14days of purchase. The item(s) must be unassembled, unused, undamaged and returned in its original packing. Proof of purchase will be required prior to any action being undertaken on our part.

 

Amount of refund

Items returned to us having been previously assembled, used or damaged in any way, will be liable to deductions from the amount paid for the item, or refused for refund. Any items refused for refund will be provided with a full explanation as to the reasons why. Refused for refund items will be returned to the owner at our expense.

 

Any item, which has been sent to you in error by us can be returned to us for replacement or refund. Any error(s) must be notified to Rotigrill Limited within 7 days from receipt of goods. The cost of returning goods sent in error will be the responsibility of Rotigrill Limited.  We will arrange for any such goods to be collected from the purchaser, provided that it is unassembled, unused and undamaged.

Guarantee

All Rotigrill designed and produced products are guaranteed for domestic usage for a period of five years from the date of purchase.

All other products are guaranteed against domestic usage for a period of two years from the date of purchase. 

Products used for commercial purposes are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase.

 

Exclusions:

  • Products purchased for hire or use by any third party.
  • Any product that has been assembled incorrectly. 
  • Any product or component which has been found to be subject to loads in excess of those stated on this web site and instruction material provided.
  • Any motor used on non rotigrill equipment

 

All faults must be reported to us by email. We reserve the right to question the circumstances of any component failure in order to establish that normal usage guidelines have not been infringed. In this regard, we may ask for a faulty component to be returned to us before a replacement is provided.  In addition, we may ask for digital pictures to be sent to us. 

 

Proof of purchase must be provided before any claim against the guarantee can be instigated.

 

Your statutory rights are unaffected.
