Please refer to our terms and conditions for details of our refund policy.  This section of our web site only deals with the procedures for returns and refunds.

 

Where possible all refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned items.

 

If you paid for your order by credit card, debit card or cheque any refund will be paid directly back into your account.

 

Replacements
If you return an item for exchange for the same item, your replacement will be dispatched within 7 days of receipt (subject to availability)

 

Return Postage Costs
We do not operate a free returns policy.

 

Parcel Insurance
We recommend that you return your items to us, using Royal Mail compensation free parcel post & obtain a certificate of posting for your records.

Note: we will not be held liable for the loss of any returned items/parcels whilst in transit.
