Rotisserie BBQ with 3 Spit Roasts, Kebabs and Barbecue Grill

The Rotigrill "XL" is our largest rotisserie bbq and is suitable for domestic and commercial use. It can easily take a suckling pig. The three main rotisserie skewers can also take chickens, a leg of pork, ribs of beef, legs of lamb or a haunch of venison is well within it's capability. The seven kebabs offer additional cooking capacity. If you do not want to use the "XL"'s full capacity, it works equally well when only half the fire tray is used. Just place all your charcoal at one end. The motor has a maximum recommended loading of 20 kilograms, however, we do not recommend using more than 15kg of meat. Barbecue Grill

The optional full length barbecue grill, which fits in place of the main skewers provides a 1000mm x 500mm cooking area.

The mesh grill is ideal for cooking sauces in a saucepan or for frying with a large pan, or for using a paella pan.
